Functional

Functional training is based on natural human movements, such as jumping, running, pulling, crouching, turning and pushing. The practitioner gains strength, balance, flexibility, conditioning, endurance and agility. It improves physical conditioning and improves physical skills for sports and daily life.

Abdominal / Gluteus

The abdomen is a region that contemplates the muscles: rectus abdominis, large and small oblique and transversus abdominis. The variety of ABS training is very efficient for the abdomen. The gluteal class focuses on strengthening and enduring muscle in the gluteal region (butt). During classes the exercises are exclusively for working on that body area!
