CrossFit is a relatively young sport very popular between young peolpe under 35 years old. The development of the training system has only been going on for 20 years. Since its introduction, studies on the exposure of training athletes to injuries have been published. The aim of some studies was to assess the risk of injury among trainees, due to the high intensity of exercise and high levels of metabolic stress and fatigue, which directly translate into poor exercise technique. The results of epidemiological studies on CrossFit training do not indicate direct causes of injuries. Many authors agree that a large number of repetitions, combined with high loads and high intensity, is the factor responsible for injuries most often affecting the shoulder area, knees and lumbar spine. CrossFit was specifically compared to injury rates for olympic lifting, distance running, military conditioning, track and field, rugby, and gymnastics. Body sculpting is also known as weight training, strength training, and resistance training. It’s a muscle-toning class that focuses on building core strength. Most body sculpting classes use exercise bands, resistance bands, and weights to help you achieve your fitness goals. Generally, body sculpting classes involve various low-impact exercises that target your major muscle groups. These classes last for about an hour. Since body sculpting can be done using resistance bands, an exercise mat, and dumbbells, it’s generally considered a low-impact workout routine. These exercise routines are fantastic for beginners of all ages and people who have injuries. Additionally, adding a low-impact workout to your gym week can help muscle recovery.
